Website Package Details and Restrictions

Free Domain Name
As a convenience to our clients who need a new domain name, we purchase and register domains on your behalf without extra charges to you, up to $20. If your desired domain is more than the allotted $20, we work with you to get a domain that works for you at a price you can afford. If you already own your domain, then this doesn't apply to you. If you do not use this free service, it will not reduce your fee, we only offer it as a convenience. At anytime in the future if your choose to take your website to another provider, we will transfer your domain to them. |
Scheduled Maintenance and Updates

Your Monthly hosting fees include Hosting, Maintenance and Free Updates.
Hosting Hosting describes where your website lives. Just like humans, your website needs a place to live. Websites live on Servers. Think of it as an apartment for websites. You pay rent each month to live in your apartment, it's the same thing for websites. All your pictures, files, videos and everything else you keep on your website lives with your website on a server. We pay rent on servers to provide your website with a place to live. Scheduled Maintenance Much like your car needs an oil change on a regular basis to keep the engine running smooth, your website needs maintenance to make sure it's running at optimal performance. This gives your visitors the best experience when they spend time on your website. Among other things, we test the functionality of your website on a weekly basis to insure all links, photos, videos and such are working optimally. Free Updates As part of our service we perform updates to your website on your behalf with any new content you provide such as images or videos you would like posted on your site. We do this at no extra charge, unless it takes too much time, then we charge a small fee based on individual website owners needs. If you need help with this one, contact us for details concerning your website, but most people don't need to worry about this one. We'll let you know before it becomes an issue. The standard rate is $20 per hour. Most clients will not have to worry about this. |
