Even before I hung out my shingle for D3 Media Consulting, I have been a cheerleader for small businesses. I have always worked for locally owned small businesses, with only two exceptions, both of which made me very unhappy.

Now, I can proudly say I am a Local First Member! I am very excited about this as you might imagine. There is something about being in business for yourself and helping other small business owners that is it's own reward. A sense of belonging to an exclusive club, yet it's not so exclusive, that's the beauty of it.
